You can hereby register as a (former) Shell shareholder. The VEB will keep you informed regarding further developments surrounding this settlement. You have to apply yourselves for the European part of the settlement as well for the US part so far as applicable for European based shareholders.
The claim forms for the US part of the settlement ( SEC settlement) can be downloaded from this site . You need to lodge your claim before 18th November 2008 ( postmark date).
In case you have registered with us before 5th August 2008 we have passed on your mailing details to the claim administrator in US so that you will be receiving before 1st September a claim form for the US part of the settlement.
