The execution of the Shell settlement has now started. Shareholders who are eligible for compensation can submit their claims.

The settlement was declared binding by the Amsterdam Court of Appeal on 29 May 2009. Through official announcements in various daily newspapers during the past weeks, shareholders have been asked to submit their claims.
